Graduation Lookbook

You want your graduation dress to be timeless, a true reflection of who you've become through your schooling, and one that will look good with and without your gown. Personally, I had different dresses for different events (grad pics, grad tea party, grad day, grad night dinner). When looking for graduation dresses, I love the look of a white dress, so that's the majority of this list. However, I also included a couple of other options for those wanting variety!

I am obsessed with how modern yet timeless this white dress is! From the ruffle detail down the side to the gorgeous cut of the dress, I can see this being perfect for your graduation ceremony and whatever events you have planned for the rest of the day. I could totally see myself wearing this dress for my ceremony if I had to walk again! Paired with these matching ruffly heels and classic pearl earrings, you will look angelic as you strut across that stage!

From the bows to the chicness of the dress, this one reminds me of one of the dresses I wore for my graduation pictures! I love the cut of this dress, and I especially love how the bows sit on your arms so beautifully! I could see this dress being perfect for your graduation pictures, as the bows might get in the way of your robe on graduation day. I love the idea of pairing this look with the matching bow heels and dainty pearl hoops!

The year of the bow meets the year you graduate! We all know how much I love bows, and I think graduation is the perfect time to bring them out to celebrate with a dress like this. I am obsessed with these dangle-flower earrings to match the dress, and I love the idea of a bright pink heel to break up the white. When it comes to your outfit, don't be afraid to add a pop of color, whether it be your school colors or your favorite color!

If you're looking to be a little extra on your graduation day, this sequin mini dress is the one for you! The detailing on this dress is absolutely stunning, and the silver sequins add a little something to the dress while still keeping with the classic white color. I would pair this look with these silver earrings and heels to create a cohesive and sparkling look!

It's all about you on your graduation day, so make a bold statement in a sparkly black dress like this! The cut of this dress is absolutely gorgeous, and I love the trim of jewels that line the front and back of the dress. There is nothing better than adding even more sparkle to a look, so I would pair the dress with these bow earrings and my favorite pair of heels ever!

There is nothing more classic than a little black dress, and one like this is perfect for graduation! The simplicity of the dress is gorgeous, but the ruffles on the shoulders and cut-out on the back elevate the look. This outfit is perfect for those going out for a fancy graduation dinner after the ceremony. I would pair the dress with simple gold hoop earrings and these adorable heels with a little flower on top

I love the idea of wearing a stunning maxi dress like this to one of your graduation events to mix it up from the mini dresses. I had a graduation tea party as one of my celebrations, and I could totally see myself wearing this dress if I had to do it again! Paired with these classic pearl earrings and simple tan heels, you will look like the guest of honor that you are! Plus, I am obsessed with this Dior blush that will add a pop of color to your look!

Wearing a dress that perfectly matches your aesthetic is so important, and this pearl dress is perfect for those who want a princess vibe to their pictures. From the sleeves to the cut of the dress, this dress took my breath away and made me think of the gorgeous pictures you could get wearing this on your campus! To keep the look cohesive, I found these simple pearl earrings and heels that bring the whole look together. I've also been obsessed with this lipstick, which is the perfect shade for the classic look.

When I saw this dress, I loved how different it was from the other dresses I was looking at. I am OBSESSED with the sleeves, and the material of the dress makes it look so luxurious and classy. I could see this dress being perfect for pictures and the ceremony. Paired with these adorable heart earrings and suede heels, you will feel fabulous receiving the diploma you've worked so hard for.

Did you really think I would do a grad lookbook without a pink dress? Please. I had a whole photoshoot based around my pink gown and dress and even wore it across the stage. This pink dress has everything you could ever want: a bow, ruffles, and sparkles. You are really making a statement when you wear this dress, and I love it! Paired with these beautiful earrings and beige heels, you are ready to leave school behind and take on the world!

I can't believe it has already been a year since I graduated from the University of Alabama! I had such a fun time during my graduation era, and I loved being able to look for dresses for all of you on your special day. I can't wait to see which dresses you all choose to wear for your big day!
