April Favorites
I truly can't believe how fast 2024 is flying by! From my surgery to planning upcoming trips, April has been one of my busiest months this year. While I've had a lot going on, I tried out SO many new products and can't wait for you guys to see what products I have been LOVING. These might be some of my favorite ones yet!
The first makeup brand I ever tried was COVERGIRL, and it made me feel so confident and beautiful. So, when I discovered their new foundation, which is a skincare and makeup hybrid, I knew I would be OBSESSED. Using this foundation gives me a radiant, gorgeous glow that is light coverage and STUNNING. I get such a flawless and clean look every time I use it, and it's always what I grab first when doing my makeup routine!
Two of my favorite things in this world are bows and pink, which makes this baseball hat PERFECT! I have been wearing it constantly, whether it's a sunny day out or it's a hair-wash day. While I LOVE the bow, I am obsessed with the fact that you can monogram it too! Monograms make me feel nostalgic in the best way possible!
First things first, this is THE cutest cup I have ever seen in my life. Every morning, when I wake up and make my iced coffee, I make sure it goes in my pink bow cup to start my morning off right. Everything about the design is just perfect, and it makes my morning feel that much more girly!
A new month means I've found a new scent, and nothing smells better than Pacifica Beauty! It has been my fave scent this entire month, and it has such an affordable price tag. There are multiple scents to pick from, making it the perfect gift for Mother's Day for whatever empowering woman you want to shower with gifts this holiday!
I'm gonna be honest with y'all. I truly have not liked a lip balm this much in a while. The Glossier Balm Dotcom is the first thing I make sure I have when I leave my house to make sure my lips are hydrated and look smooth and shiny. I am always reaching for it whenever my lips need a refresher, and I could not be obsessed with it more.
I have tried a lot of lip plumpers that are on the market, but this one is my FAVE! This one makes my lips plump and vibrant without leaving them feeling tingly or minty. I love putting this on as part of my “skin prep” before my makeup application.
One of my favorite parts of the day is packing Will's lunch for when he goes to work. I love writing him notes to put in his lunchbox, and I got these translucent sticky notes on Amazon that are perfect for sticking on his lunch with a cute little love note! It's the little things that make someone's day feel special!
I am officially in my puzzle era! I was spending a lot of my time in recovery doing Taylor Swift puzzles like this one, and I have become obsessed with completing them. Puzzles are the perfect way to spend a rainy afternoon, and everything is better with Taylor Swift!
I rediscovered my love for this Vaseline lotion this month, and it has made my skin feel SO smooth! I used to use this years ago, and it is truly a gem that I can't believe I forgot about it! Plus, I love the scent!
I always keep a stock pile of eye patches in my bathroom for myself and when I have my friends stay over. They're one of my favorite parts of my skincare routine, especially when they're pink. These are inexpensive and are lovely to de-puff your eyes. I prefer keeping a few in the fridge!
Most of my favorites for this month revolve around self-care and my beauty routine. I'm focusing a lot of my energy on taking care of myself and living every day like my Pinterest boards! I hope some of these products become your favorites and help you romanticize your life.
