It is officially fall (well, in my head at least). Last Thursday, Starbucks released their fall drinks for the season and I had to make a stop by to enjoy all of the fall goodies! One thing I have loved since living in NYC has been walking distance to a Starbucks no matter where I am. Let me share with you a few of my favorite fall drinks & bakery items I love to order to get into the spooky spirit.

Drinks

Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew - If you enjoy the taste of coffee, this drink is for you! This one is the most “coffee-tasting” drink I am listing. The cold brew always helps put a pep in my step (probably why I was obsessed with these in college) and the cold foam makes it so creamy. I usually enjoy this as a tall or a grande due to the ratio of cold brew & cream.
Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte - Y’all! I am so excited that Starbucks added this to their menu this year. I have been ordering this for years and now they have officially made it part of their fall menu. This is a little on the sweeter side, so if you want it a little less sweet I would ask for fewer pumps of the syrup!
Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiatto - If you love apple pie, you’ll love this drink! I prefer it with only one pump of the apple brown sugar pumps (for tall and grande, 2 pumps for venti) and add in a pump of caramel. It is the perfect twist on their caramel macchiato with a slight hint of apple.
Dirty Iced Chai with Cinnamon - I love a good dirty chai (dirty just means it has espresso in it!) any time of the year, but this is def on my rotating fave fall orders. You can order this drink year-round, just order a dirty iced chai with cinnamon powder on top.
Pumpkin Spice Latte - Oh, what a classic. Now hear me out, I only like hot PSL. You usually won’t find me with an iced one unless it's super hot outside (which now that I am in NYC, it already feels more like fall than ever!). You can order this in many different variations, hot, iced, or even a frappuccino.

Food

Pumpkin Loaf - Another item you can order year-round! I have loved the pumpkin loaf since middle school and it is still a fave of mine today. It’s a heavy slice, so I love ordering this in the AM as a small breakfast.
Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin - My all-time FAVORITE fall bakery item. This little muffin reminds me of the pumpkin loaf but it has a warm gooey center of cream cheese, yum!
Baked Apple Croissant - This menu item is new this year, it slightly reminds me of the sugar plum cheese danish they have during Christmas but way less sugary. This little croissant has cinnamon apple pieces on top to make for a yummy bite that tastes like an apple pie. It’s subtle, but still on my list for what I love ordering.
