Europe Recap

Somebody pinch me because traveling to Europe felt like an absolute dream! From London to Paris, Will and I had THE best time exploring different parts of the cities and eating as much food as we possibly could. While I filmed our entire trip for my YouTube channel, I wanted to give a little recap on the blog and share some of my favorite photos from the trip. Plus, I LOVE getting to relive these amazing memories over and over again!

London

One of the first things we did when we landed in London was see Taylor Swift perform because what else was I supposed to do? While I saw her perform last year, I was SO excited to see the new Tortured Poets Department section she added! Will and I dressed up as the version of Taylor and Travis that appeared during "I Can Do It with a Broken Heart," and we received so many compliments and love from the Swifties at the concert. Seeing Taylor live always fills my heart with JOY, and I felt so lucky to see her perform one of her final shows in Europe! Watch the vlog on my channel for some fun surprises!

After watching "The Eras Tour," Will and I officially started our London trip! We knew we were short on time in the city, so we wanted to see as many iconic landmarks as possible. I was obsessed with Buckingham Palace, and we even found the cutest Buckingham Palace Shop that had the cutest teacups I have ever seen! We also got the chance to visit Big Ben and Camden Market, which were definitely highlights of the trip. However, Will and I agree that the best part about London was Burger and Lobster, aka the best restaurant we've ever eaten at. We love to treat ourselves to a lobster dinner, and this place was SO good that when we came back from Paris to fly out of London, it was our last meal in Europe!

One of my favorite spots we stopped at was The Black Dog, which if you are a big Swiftie, you know exactly how important this place is. It was a top priority for me to see this place, and while, sadly, we couldn't get in because of how busy it was, there were touches of Taylor on the front of the building that made the trip worth it.

Paris

After such an iconic time in London, we took the train to Paris! I can honestly say that Paris was as dreamy as I imagined. One of the first things we did was eat lunch at Girafe, and the Eiffel Tower was literally RIGHT behind me. It felt unreal to be sipping champagne and eating some of the best food I've ever had in the city of love!

One of THE most iconic parts of the trip was visiting the Dior Gallery. Everything they had on display was literally breathtaking, and I saw SO many dresses and purses that I wanted to take home with me because they literally were pieces of art. However, while I couldn't take any of the gallery pieces home with me, I did treat myself to a trip to the actual Dior store. I have been wanting a Dior bag for some time, and I knew that Paris was the perfect place to finally get one. Of course, I picked the most gorgeous light pink bag that I am literally IN love with!

When it came to eating in Europe, Paris never missed! Every meal was delicious and felt like five-star dining. I even pushed myself to eat out of my comfort zone and ended up trying escargot (Will LOVED it, and I thought it was pretty good, too!). We even treated ourselves to more lobster, and it was just as delicious as the one we had in London! As a huge Gossip Girl fan, Paris is such an iconic location in the show, so I wanted to visit some places featured in the show. We ate at Café De Flore, which had THE most delightful breakfast and drinks, and then we treated ourselves to Pierre Hermé macarons, which were Blair's favorite!

Will and I had the best time ever on our first trip to Europe! We feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to take such an amazing trip, and I’m glad I got to take you all with me!
