How to Spend a Fall Day in NYC

Fall in New York... there is truly nothing like it! If you are visiting New York City this fall, here is my itinerary on how I would spend a fall day in the city. Will and I actually followed this itinerary closely in my vlog this week! See our fun fall day here.

MORNING

Pumpkin Arch

89 South St, New York, NY 10038

Start your fall day off by visiting the Pumpkin Arch in Seaport. This is a very busy sight and photo op, so the earlier you get here the better! The arch was beautiful and vibrant orange. Behind the Pumpkin Arch is the Brooklyn Bridge, after taking all your photos, walk along the East River for beautiful morning sights.

RH Rooftop Brunch

9 9th Ave, New York, NY 10014

This is one of my favorite brunches in the city! The RH Bellini is my fave here, and the truffle fries are a MUST try.

AFTERNOON

Ralph’s Coffee

888 Madison Ave, New York, NY 10021

A fall day calls for a warm cup of Ralph’s coffee! I am on the hunt for the best coffee in NYC, I am sharing all of my coffee ratings and tastes on my TikTok under #LattesWithLauren. There are many coffee shops in NYC, but Ralph’s is perfect for the fall vibe and is right next to Central Park, which is perfect for our next activity. Try the hot Maple Spice Latte with almond milk when you go!

Rowing in Central Park

Park Drive North, E 72nd St, New York, NY 10021

This is such a fun activity to do if you have 2-4 people in your group! This is only $25 for the hour and is the perfect spot to see all of the stunning fall foliage throughout Central Park. This opens up at 10:00 am and is first come first serve, I would recommend getting here as early as you can to prevent from waiting too long. After rowing, spend time strolling through Central Park. There are so many beautiful spots in the park!

Late Lunch at Fleming by Le Bilboquet

27 E 62nd St, New York, NY 10065

If you’re hungry, a late lunch at Fleming is an exceptional pick. I got their special of the day, the truffle pasta. They have a long list of wines and champagnes to choose from to pair with your meal.

EVENING

Drinks at Magic Hour Rooftop

485 7th Ave 18th floor, New York, NY 10018

*This restaurant requires a reservation.* In need of some spooky and fabulous vibes? The rooftop at Magic Hour is perfect to wrap up your fall day. Also, did I mention that they have a pink pumpkin patch too? The Doctor Death drinks are put in fake blood bags were delicious and were so fun to have at the table!

I hope you enjoy all of your fall moments in the city!
