Solo Valentine’s Day Guide

It is officially Valentine's Week! While the holiday is all about love and celebrating with your person, I think Valentine's Day should also be a time to celebrate self-love! So, if you're not quite sure what to do this year, use this as your solo self-care Valentine's Day Guide! From what products to splurge on to what movies to watch, I’ve got you covered to have THE best day!

Self-Care Products

One of THE best ways to start your self-care day is to take an everything shower! An everything shower is such a nice way to take care of yourself, from a deep conditioning mask on your hair to giving yourself a nice self-tan. While beauty is truly on the inside, you feel a million times better when your outside is nourished and cared for! Below are my holy grail products for the perfect everything shower. You can also check out my YouTube video on my routine!

Treat Yourself

If you're celebrating solo this year, treat yourself! Valentine's Day is the perfect excuse to buy yourself something that you have been wanting for a long time. Whether it be a nice robe or the latest books you're wanting, take the time to pick something out that will bring joy to your life! I've included some products below that have made my life easier or more joyful!

Activities

Now that you've taken an everything shower and bought yourself a little treat, it's time to relax! I find it so hard to relax when there are a million things I have on my to-do list, but make sure to carve out the time on Valentine's Day to close your laptop and focus on you. Whether you want to scrapbook items you've been collecting, learn a new skill, or turn your brain off, this is the time to do it without guilt! If you're looking for an activity, I've listed some products below to help inspire you!

What to Watch (or Listen) To

Once you're finally ready to settle down, it's time to put on a Valentine's Day movie! There are SO many good movies out there, and I think a self-care night calls for some nostalgic movies that feel like you're at a 2000s sleepover. If you're not into movies, I've also included one of my favorite Spotify playlists you can listen to throughout your self-care day!

I know Valentine's Day can be hard for some people, but if Valentine's Day is all about love, self-love IS included! I hope this routine helps you feel good both inside and out and lets you celebrate the holiday in a fun way!
